    A) You can payout your lease by sending a bank cheque to our locked bag address or at any Westpac branch 
  • How do I obtain a payout amount on my lease?

    A) By contacting us via email customercare@selectfleet.com.au or go to payout request tab on this website. Please ensure you have your lease and rego number.



  • What fee’s and charges are applicable if I am late on a repayment?

    A) $35 fee is applicable for a late repayment

  • What fee’s and charges are applicable if I defer a payment?

    A) $35 fee is applicable if you defer your payment

  • How do I change my payments from weekly to fortnightly or monthly?

  • Can I change my payments to coincide with my pay dates/cycle?

  • What do I need to do if I change my rego number?

    A) If you change your rego number, please contact our customer service via email customercare@selectfleet.com.au   or phone with your new rego details so we update our records

  • Do I have to comprehensively insure my vehicle?

    A) Yes you have to comprehensively insure your vehicle for the term of the lease or have pay by the month insurance

  • What do I need to do if I change comprehensive insurance companies?

    A) If you change insurance companies, please contact our customer service via email customercare@selectfleet.com.au or phone 02 8356 6700 with your new insurance policy so we update our records.

  • How can I refinance my residual payment?

    A) You can refinance your residual by contact our Refinance Officer via phone or email naz.khan@selectfleet.com.au
